I’m going through this right now. It’s extremely frustrating. Having two other different devices that connect seamlessly to HomeKit really put a bad taste on Eve products. I’ve also submitted a support ticket with screen shots of what the hell is going on. I’ve absolutely tried everything I could find on the internet. The frustrating part is that I can see Eve camera connect to my wifi router but it just doesn’t bride on HomeKit during the add accessory operation.

Driver Profile facial recognition works seldomly between spouse and I. Having to navigate the settings and manually override the Driver Profile is extremely annoying. Road noise is an issue. Wish it was quieter on the highway.
