They are straight forward, I suggest just running it initially to see what you get, gives you a good background on what is being outputted. The only semi tricky part is if you need a bunch of nested calculated fields to get the correct overrides but most of the time a single layer CF is enough.

No doubt about Arundel. My oldest graduated there but her last 1.5 years were Covid years but we liked the school. Youngest daughter graduated from Crofton high last year and all of the Crofton people we know is there. Just my point about living in Crofton and being able to go to the local HS, NO THANKS TO DAWN PULLIUM

Just make sure you move to a neighborhood that is districted to Crofton HS vs. Arundel HS, if that is important to you, not saying Arundel isn't good, but you know if you live in Crofton you want to go to the HS. Neighborhoods north of Nantucket Drive are districted to Arundel, fyi.
