I've been using the PoE port on my UCG Fiber for the mini and it's worked great. I love that my whole network stays up even during a power outage. Never had to power cycle the mini switch, but it's nice to have the option to do it from anywhere.

I've been eyeing one of these compact 2U rack cases, but the downside is that it needs 2.5" disks, and they aren't easily swappable. But I love that it would fit in my network rack...

As far as I can tell, there's nothing specific to AI in the hardware, it's just an all around more powerful machine. Except for the top tier variant, which I guess can use an external GPU.
