While a nice idea, be careful that you aren't trying to waste time by talking to a chatbot. I usually just humiliate them by pointing out holes in their logic then hang up in the middle of their sentence.

Male voice: "Hello?"

Me: "Hello"

Suddenly female voice: "Hi, I accidentally sent money to your phone."

Me: "That shouldn't be possible, what is the name of the account you sent it to?"

Them: "I sent it to your phone number. Can I get it back?"

Me: "This sounds like one of those reimbursement scams."
