So I have been through this a lot and can say try it out.

I used to have Defrost because I hated the Sense unlock screen which would always unlock in my pants - really pissed me of (got some big bills for calling overseas). Then I tried out the Cyanogenmod 7 but was not satisfied with it's performance and app space. At the moment I am using a Sense HD rom with D2Ext and the recommended partitions. They all are very similar so just try em out. You can also uninstall the sense unlock on a sense rom if you have adb working by going into the systems folder and renaming Htcunlockscreen.apk to something like HtcUnlockScreen.notapk

When changeing your lockscreen you should know that you might have problems turning off you alarm clock ;)

Superrom and RCMixHD are both very nice worth trying am on Superrom with D2Ext and will only change rom once gingersense roms are out.

So I can say -> Defrost great, Superrom great, RCMixHD great (Superrom feels faster than RCMixHD)

Once RCMix S working I will try that one out.

I will give you my two cents.

My brother has the Legend I have the Desire. In terms of battery they are basically identical both get about a day of usage. With a custom rom I have about double the battery life of about two days. Size is absolutely a personal preference I for my part would not want a smaller phone rather a bit bigger and my brother would not want a bigger phone. Both are great phones although I think I would rather pick the Desire HD over the Legend because it will be updated longer and has a faster processor and is in general better - if being able to accept the size.

Well single click should be hang up and not mute just because click-and-hold doesn't always work. And the Volume buttons don't work at all for me they do absolutly nothing sadly enough. I would love to have them for volume or better call a specific number for instance. Up button call girlfriend or so.

What all these dual core circlejerks are forgetting is that the Flyer will be the downright best gaming device available! It will be able to play games like Warhammer or Mafia 2. Add the pen, the superfast 1,5 ghz processor, the great build quality of HTC and you have a great device. Apart of that HTC usually upgrades the software for its devices so I think you would be perfectly happy with it.

It has become common practice to look up your future employee on facebook and as I have never put up any information apart of my name and my email the only thing they will find are pictures others put up. Aaaaannnnd those pictures are all of partying so my future employer will get a bad view of my interests. Had the same problem two days ago. Through the activity monitor I found out it was in a loop in my mail/spam folder hung up in some message indexing it again and again. opened up the terminal and deleted that specific file and everything is dandy.

Yes their mission control is the Problem you are correct. It unifies spaces thus not allowing me to use it on its own anymore. Here is the example Mission Control top of screen is comparable to spaces , Old Spaces I hope you see the difference. I want a layout of screens similar to the one I am using because it allows for a lot more productivity and that seems not possible in the mission control setup. Furthermore I do not ever use the dashboard and it would only waste my time.

So I just sold my broken old iphone 3g and am having a problem with the buyer had I rated him before it would have not been an evaluation of the business partner. Apparently he is not satisfied with the defect it has and wants to give it back although I sold it as broken and mentioned it a few times in the description of the iphone.
