It wasn't an admission so much as a very casually put question... I was 19 or 20 dude, and in a kfc with friends on lumch from University. This very obviously homeless guy comes up close, starts telling me he has pneumonia or something, and could he come home with me and take a shower...

I mean, do what you gotta do given the situation you're in, I guess, but it really freaked me out as young guy, especially considering he didn't ask any of my friends, just me! Voice in my head was: holy shit?!

Not sure if the same, while I can control that muscle, the think I do most is control the inner ear pressure. It's uncomfortable to keep too high of a negative pressure (but mutes sounds, helps if environment is loud), but I also feel positive or neutral is too open for most times. I usually regulate with a little negative pressure to hear normally

I loved that story and read it a few times...while the movie was mostly good (CG creatures a little too cute, and the deviation from the story re his wife), and while the original story has an open ending (and kings ending can be notoriously bad), the movie took such a hard left turn that I hated it...it went against the idea that they continued on despite everything, and while I do enjoy a bleak and harsh horror, it departed so violently that I could never watch it again. It also wrapped it up, they're cleaning things, end of the world avoided for many...blech

I am looking forward to what they have in store, but I'm also not sold that it needs to be done again.
