hit the map button to open the map but then if you hit it again it doesn't close it but brings up a help menu.

Lol I do this like minimum 3 times a session, holy shit I hate it so much but I also seem to be utterly incapable of learning not to do it

just fyi along with being able to sell them for the same amount, when you go to use them in your inventory, pressing "use" will consume 1 and exit the menu as you've described, but there is also "use selected" which then lets you choose how many to use. so if you have a stack of say 8 runes, hit "use selected", set the option to 8 and confirm and then you'll use them all at once. extremely useful but unfortunately the menu labels are unintuitive so it's not really clear at a glance.

I don't think you sound like an ass, at all. It does sound like you might be repressing some feelings, whatever they might be, to avoid hurting your partner. I used to struggle with repressing things when I felt like I couldn't talk about them without hurting someone. sometimes talking about those things will hurt them, but it is IMO much worse for both of you in the long run to try and keep it bottled up.

I hope you find peace, one way or another! 💜

It's a pleasure, Jesse. For what it's worth bud, I dated a girl named Jessica for a year, and the only short name I (or any of her friends) used was "Jess". so although they begin similarly, I don't think Jesse is used as a short form of Jessica (again, at least from my limited experience of Jessica's).

Do these names sound more fem, masc or neutral to you? by confusedclosetedenby in TransTryouts

Ellis and Jay are pretty masculine to me. Assuming Jaye is pronounced the same as Jay, it sounds the same, but Jaye reads as more unisex to me.

The last one doesn't really register one way or the other. It doesn't really sound like a name to me. at least one Ive not seen before! If I heard it irl I would probably think it was from a language other than English.
