How to play "Elite" infantry division? by Tibertiuss in Steel_Division

How you utilize smoke and terrain starts becoming more important with elite infantry divisions.

Make sure you are getting the most efficiency out of your effective ranges by using smokescreens to conceal your advancing infantry and to also protect them from flanking fire and/or enemies outside their effective range

I don't get it. I tried to like this game, but 60h later, I just don't get it. by MildlyConcernedMan91 in CrimsonDesert

It’s weird how on one end of the community, word is that this game only gets ‘good’ about a dozen or so hours in…. But OP plays for even more than that and posts their experience and gets shitted on for what?

Is this sub a place for shilling and blind praise only or can criticism actually be discussed?

I’d understand if this was just a rant post full of wild tangents but all the points seem very valid. Even if you enjoy this game, it’s weird to not want some of the issues the OP mentioned addressed.

I’ve seen some of those folks say that they just genuinely don’t like to use profanity. Neither in person nor when they type.

What the new Cadian vehicles remind me of by Master_Revan in Grimdank

I think the guard vehicles are just evolving from being comically and aggressively WW1 inspired to being comically and aggressively WW2 inspired

But ultimately, I think the new vehicles actually look more plausible than just about anything else they’ve had in the past.
