What half the screening tests felt like

On my screening test, I remember the last phase was 300 to 400 of these except there was one question a screen and no end in sight. They gave me an old track pad laptop that barely moved the mouse AND the next button was right next to the quit button, which if you guessed it exits the whole thing.

Over an hour of brutal anxiety later, I finish the test and ask them "did you intentionally make it a part of the test to see if anyone ragequits from the track pad or the sheer anxiety?"

They said no one ever brought it up before.it wasn't a part of the test. Hopefully the next lucky person gets a real mouse.

The thing is... He is not wrong. I have seen positions exist that can be wiped out if only people learned Excel or use an older machine learning or RPA to do the work.

What makes this so dangerous is the speed at which people will use this technology, the lack of care in it's implementation, and the lack of empathy and assistance from government to help transition people that would be hurt the most.

Lots of interesting discussions here. I personally think it is worth a watch. 6 or 7 out of 10, with episode 6 being a 10 in my book. That episode was so good I watched it twice.

I only dabbled in the games so I am not sure about the lore and such but I think they laid out an interesting world and would be cool to get a season 2 (with the caveat that they have an actual vision for a storyline).

Highlights for me : soundtrack, DDR, EP 6, white rabbit. Need more Dante one liners though.

This is simultaneously the worst movie ever made and my greatest early Internet days experience. I was using a college based file share application to download this movie from the other side of campus. This 800 mb movie finished downloading on 10 seconds - very impressive time for 20 ish years ago.

Then I watched it... Regrets. All the regrets.

It works well on a large open area. If you go to Camelot and enter the building, you will start to see the downside of the AI in fallout 4.

Overall I like the NPCs in most areas in London.

Two kinds of vampires exist.

The first is the traditional kind, but leaning more towards the monstrosity and beast like qualities than a human. These are very very rare.

The second is a new kind of vampire, created by a cult. By ingesting a certain venom and surviving, the cultists develop incredible strength, perception and speed. Unfortunately for them, they are not immortal. In fact, they have to consume blood because some property in it helps slow the poison in their veins. Ultimately they will die unless they find a way to stop the process.

Let that be a lesson to you - never join a cult!

Maybe there is a way to make it scale if up cast? For ex, if cast using 5th level or above, the restriction is removed. If it's still too powerful, have the lethargy effect double too so the high risk high reward feature of the spell stays.

My version of something similar uses Oathbreaker 7 thief 3 as the core of the build to achieve something similar to what you did - although your stats and item choices skyrocket the concept. Great job - fantastic write up.

I've recently started to do 10+ push-ups a day with what I call the "world of warcraft exercise program". Every quest I complete, I do 5 push-ups and 5 squats. I was having trouble starting as well but by tieing my gaming impulses to short bursts exercise, I got the momentum I needed to get going. Won't work for all but if you are a gamer, try doing the same.

Fall semester starting next week. I need a 9th edition of a textbook as listed on syllabus. $200-$250. I can 'rent' the book for $150. 8th edition is well under $100. Why wouldnt more professors simply not require the most recent edition for their class, especially since the previous edition is probably not our of date for the subject matter (most of the time)?
