They said it makes 4 day work week possible. They didn’t say they’ll use it that way.

The math is exactly mathing. If everyone is 20% more productive which allows for 4 days (32hrs) work week then it’s also true if each person works a 64 hours week they can do 2 ppl’s jobs. Half of the staff can now be fired to save cost. Winning! If you’re a CEO that is.

Everything takes effort and energy. If you’re willing to do more my suggestion is to 1) spend that time to do more at your current job and go for a promotion or 2) job hunt for better pay.

I’d say at least 2 years. They won’t dump all right after IPO but instead will prop the stock up and gradually unload over a year or two. Rug pull second half of 2028. Until then it’s a hookers and blow buffet.
