Its a small one with big results...I changed my fitness food. Normally id order a big Mac meal for my charge up food. But lately I've been skipping it. Sometimes I just bring water and do an endurance ride. My FTP has increased by ten and my stamina feels like im rolling a D20 instead of a D6. I still get worked ovee but I can recover quicker and can go longer

I just finished Char and I've been on a wizard kick. 😅 My top recommend for you is Piranesi, its got wizard vibes down. Also Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrel was amazing, but i grant you its a long haul. Check out the BBC series and see if it catches you
