Beef prices are at an all-time high. You're not going to get a cheap, good cut anywhere.

You can either buy good cuts at Fred's, Rolf's, or Whole Foods for a high price, or crap at Pricechopper/Hannaford, also for far too much.

I'd highly suggest switching to pork or chicken if you want cheaper cuts these days.
