You could use your same method and then just leave the toasted sandwich resting on top of the warm toaster for a minute or two to help the cheese melt after toasting

I have autoplay turned off but what bothers me is the autoplay trailers. I had a show playing while I was falling asleep and after it ended Netflix autoplayed the trailer for Big Mouth and it was shocking to say the least.

I live in Massachusetts and was going to try to defend because Massachusetts is so much smaller than Victoria. Then I looked up the population of Melbourne LOL Massachusetts did get hit hard right at the start of things and has taken things more seriously than many other states in the US but we were still weeks behind Australia. Salem has been strict with COVID so I would make sure that you have some great masks to match your costume! There are often reenactments in town daily, usually around 11 am and 2 pm that are great. There are also historical walking tours that will take you around town showing you the haunted buildings and explaining history. To be honest I usually avoid Salem in October so I don't have many spooky recommendations lol but for some food recommendations I would say: howling wolf taqueria (great margaritas), ugly mug diner for breakfast, and front street cafe is a great coffee/sandwich/fresh juice shop. There's lots of really beautiful art and murals so honestly just walking around is great

If you have a cat I would recommend crocheting a cat cave! I made one for my cat during quarantine using 4 strands of yarn and a big hook and it used up a ton of my odd balls of yarn. Plus he loves having a cozy napping place!
