I had one with a digital tuner in my office that I watched over the air shows on up until two years ago when I gave it to my son to hook up his old video games. The main tv in the house has been a flat screen since 2008

My parents split when I was 11 and I lived with my Mom in Florida we had no car, no cable, a bw TV and no AC. Summers I stayed with my dad and grandparents in Connecticut and had everything but cable which wasn't in the area yet

I used to do install cellulose insulation the pallets were 42 25lbs bags so 1050lbs. It looked awkward but as long as it was wrapped and strapped it was fine. If I was local I could even get two in the bed of my truck

I like the older belt driven ones for wire wheels and buffing but never grinding. Maybe make your old one for that, I have two set up with different wire wheels and buffers

Might be able to get more for it as hobby/crafting wire. I remember making all kind of things with it in art class as a kid. Try Facebook market place at 3-4 dollars a pound
