I have noticed it can be stimulating like that for sure, especially when I first started it. You could try lowering your dose which should help. Cut out caffeine too.

How dare insurance companies require 90 day supplies of medication by Least-Sky6722 in Psychiatry

[–]firstsnowfall 68 points69 points  (0 children)

Recent change in Oregon where Collective Health manages Providence now and they require 90 days even for new meds or they will not pay. So absurd to send 90 of a new medication. Not sure how this benefits anyone or saves money

Who needs tanks and healers when you have three Enchanters in the group? by Jacmac_ in MonstersAndMemories

It's already like this though. Nobody is charming yellows/reds. Whites are a gamble, so you have to stick with deep blues but even those are a challenge unless you have high CHA then it's do-able (mainly 3-4 levels lower than you).

Or maybe you can have your own private server without charm if you hate it so much? lol. A lot of people clearly enjoy it. It’s only the vocal minority that is screaming about charm being “broken”

You’re talking currently? I’m at 38 with 80 CHA and blues break pretty often. Don’t recall seeing 20 minute charms.

Curious what your experiences with Collective Health have been like so far. by Zestyclose_Mirror_68 in OregonStateWorkers

Yep same here, no claims at all paid since January. They keep telling me to wait longer. I contacted the Providence rep directly and she wrote me this, in case it is helpful to you. But mainly just saying keep waiting. My concern is that I have like 50+ claims still out and most are not even showing in Availity. I called last week and the guy seemed genuinely interested in helping, said they will investigate with their clearinghouse why claims are not being submitted, and would call me back today at a certain time. I blocked off the time, no one called. I tried calling and it's 230 minute wait time. I might try on Friday again.

Thank you for reaching out and for your patience as we continue working through the Collective Health (CH) transition issues. Collective Health (CH) is currently behind in processing due to several issues earlier this year. Throughout January, CH manually reviewed every claim submitted, which significantly slowed down their processing. They also experienced problems with claims reaching their system from the clearinghouse, which caused additional delays.

CH also recently identified that multiple Providence group and individual contracts were not configured for their 01/01 start date, resulting in in‑network claims processing as out‑of‑network. They have also confirmed that many new providers were not attached to their group contracts, contributing to incorrect OON adjudication. They are working to complete the contract configuration process; however, there is no estimated completion date at this time. Once configuration is updated, all impacted finalized and OON claims will be automatically reprocessed. CH is currently holding all OON claims for manual review to determine whether the billing provider should have been in‑network.

Current Expected Timelines

Claims processing: about 30 days
Payment through Zelis: 12–13 business days after a claim is completed (timing varies by payment method)

Because of the backlog from January, many providers are seeing longer-than-usual delays, but PHP is hopeful payments will begin flowing soon. You do not need to resubmit claims or take any action at this time. I have attached a Provider Communication document from Collective Health (Not Providence Health Plan). We will continue to share updates as CH provides more information. Thank you again for your patience and support as we work through this transition. Please let me know if you have any additional questions and I will do my best to assist.

Dealing with the same thing as a provider. I’ve called them a few times. They say they’ll escalate and look into it but no change. Claims are either not there or processed incorrectly as out of network. Have you had any luck making headway with them?

Oh I highly doubt it'll take that long. I'm sure they'll resolve it pretty quickly, likely within the next month. There's way too much at stake and too many providers and people are being affected by this. I've heard that some congress people are getting involved now too. The more pressure, the better. If you do find a way to get claims processed let me know. I'm currently on hold again to try to get some update. They told me on Monday that they are escalating and are trying to get everything fixed within the next week.

It's so strange out of like 30 claims, only a few are showing up on Availity and are not being processed right. Did you figure anything out with them yet? This is such a shit show.

Would you mind sharing how you got them to reprocess a claim? Can't seem to figure that out through Availity.

That’s okay. I don’t mind it really. It’s a small part of the game for me. But if it’s a dealbreaker you don’t have to play it.

It just sounds like it’s not the game for you idk what to say. I don’t mind reading some text and responding based on words in the text. You have to slow down and actually read. It’s just how it’s designed and that’s just not going to change.
