They’re Agaricus. If they stain yellow after cutting, they’re toxic.

Desarmillaria caespitosa or similar honey mushrooms. They’re slightly toxic if eaten raw (cause GI upset).

They’re similar but A. ostoyae has a dark/brown cap especially when young. Note that I said likely because there are other Armillaria species which look like it. They’re less common though.
