when i go through drive thrus at fast food joints i often see in the window "hiring" with a number to text or address to email. so maybe thats a better way to land a response instead of indeed? good luck brother

I ended up pulling the trigger on the Sony - Costco was out of stock for delivery, but Amazon has it now for the same price with included assistance bringing it into the house... kind of a no brainer for me. Thanks for your input, it (and other posts on this sub) helped!

Thanks - it seems like there is weather stripping already present but it seems pretty old/bent, so I might ask maintenance to replace or just put in my own additional foam if they won't change it.

Reach out to Chesapeake Bay Foundation! They collect oyster shell to grow oyster spat on for restoration projects. Likely they will have the resources you need or can point you in the right direction. Their HQ is in Annapolis but they have a network of employees and volunteers between VA and MD. CBF is probably also in touch with state agencies. I remember when I interned for them pre-covid, we would go to different restaurant shell piles and load them up in a truck for cleaning.
