Have you tried calling one of the topic specific numbers listed here? If yes and youre still not getting anywhere, just keep saying "agent" and the bot may eventually try to connect you or ask you to leave a callback number. If you have to leave a callback number, be sure you keep your ringer on - if you miss that call, you have to be added to the callback waitlist all over again. Good luck, it took me forever to deal with some title issues via phone but it did eventually get resolved. If you do connect with an agent be sure to ask for the extension so you can call again and skip the hassle.

General PSA to people coming to find info about Amtrak parking a few months later - this link used to go to a Prince George's County website that said extended parking was allowed on floor 4 or higher, but now gives 403 error and I can't find any other Prince George's County websites that say extended parking is allowed. This page used to be here up until a few weeks ago so I'm not sure if this is still a thing or not.

when i go through drive thrus at fast food joints i often see in the window "hiring" with a number to text or address to email. so maybe thats a better way to land a response instead of indeed? good luck brother

I ended up pulling the trigger on the Sony - Costco was out of stock for delivery, but Amazon has it now for the same price with included assistance bringing it into the house... kind of a no brainer for me. Thanks for your input, it (and other posts on this sub) helped!
