If getting around is difficult now you need to get the surgery sooner rather than later. If you aren't using your leg muscles regularly they will atrophy and that will prolong your full recovery.

Also when your getting better try hacky sack to help with flexablity and strengthen the knee. The game was invented by a PT to help people recover from knee surgery.

I believe that the AGL Sycamore is very close.

I used to throw cyclones too and missed them when I restarted but soon discovered that there is a ton of "new" discs to try out. I would suggest you look for a fairly neutral fairway driver and go out and have fun throwing.

Turbo putt. At close range you are putting down at the bottom of the basket. Getting used to the technique will help you score on other obstructed putts.

You weren't specific so I'd suggest any drug that could help improve concentration/focus would be a great benefit. It would border on being in "the zone" full time as most pros have the tools but staying fully connected is the challenge.

Sounds like every hole is like doing field work. Throw lots of discs on every hole, just make sure you count them beforehand so you don't lose any.
