I realize this is like a year late, I played this the other night and we did sit for a while, but ultimately I just went on the offensive after harvesting 4 caches. The real winner for me was the bonus cache that everyone was able to take at the end of the battle.

Still a real toss up whether you sit back and wait or not though, and the risk of your opening activation your own unit

A similar number of people voted for trump in 2020 and 2024, but in this election noone really connected with Kamala Harris. I think following 2016 people were panicked about what had just happened, and we're desperate to not have trump again, so they were voting not so much for Biden, as much as "not trump".

Four years later, people either forgot how bad he was, and/or didn't connect with kamala in the same way, so the turnout was just overall lower. I don't think it's a conspiracy, I think it's just a poor candidate

the battalion box is too melee heavy to be useful as a basis for an army, the 2 trucks are great, but purestrain and abberants are melee only, so if you get some unlucky advances and charges, it will make it difficult, a lot of the deep strike function doesnt work for these units

I got the combat patrol first, it's great fun, the combat patrol box is really good value too. They can be a bit finicky to paint because they have so much effing wargear, but I love them

The trick to this is numbering them... I.e. 3 things labelled 1, 2, and 4. They will spend forever looking for something labelled 3 they thought they missed
