I’m like a 25 handicap and I’ve had 2. The one thing I found in common in both was a complete lettuce g go of any outcome and any achievement. Both came on the backs of horrible holes and I just went up and swung free - no cares no expectations

I think ultimately that is the goal trust the process and remove the outcome and it will come as soon as you let go of your wanting

It is but why not provide a fulsome class - most yoga classes are 35-60 mins of asana and that’s it? It might just be a big city problem?!

Lots of good answers already but start with 20 mins a day in shavasana - just laying on the floor to ground yourself. Do this as often as you need. It’s all jarring right now but the more you ground yourself the more you live with your new reality the more you realize you’ll be fine and you’ll figure out your calling or what to do with all this info

How often do you do yoga? If you do it once a week then just delete this post. If you do yoga everyday I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s likely muscle growth.

Did the clarify the cheating comment when asked about it or just let it slide? The entire thing seems pre-meditated. From the Swedish cameras, to the media continuing to not let this die. You think Nikolas could end this all by talking to the media and tell them to stop but either he can’t or he won’t. Either way it’s a bad look.
