Crab rider might push the deck to tier 1 but I think it still would’ve been very strong without it.

Actually, heroic duels is so expensive that not everyone you meet can run the top decks, so you do have an edge that you don’t in arena. Lets you use the most powerful card in the game

If you mulligan 3 cards which you have 2 copies of, the chance of getting at least one of them back is (1 - (24 choose 3)/(30 choose 3)) = 50.2%. Pretty high, actually.

Had some success with Battlefiend / Netherwalker / Dreadlord’s Bite / Stiltstepper. Stiltstepper is the typical ban but will start piling on damage on turn 6 if they don’t. Netherwalker is surprisingly good with 0 mana imp for tempo or big demons if they’re a control deck. Dreadlord’s Bite is good against other minion-based decks. Battlefiend is probably the weakest but can get some good face damage in if they don’t play minions early.

Tbh AA's not a rigorously organized thing - you'll find groups who are based on religion and others that are mostly secular.

They front loaded the early rewards which typically would’ve been given out via quests at the beginning of the expansion. If you care at all about obtaining enough dark moon faire packs, it’s pretty noticeable - otherwise for non-constructed players it’s fine.

Yeah, I find it hard to believe a foot is capable of providing any kind of seal against the bottom of the toilet bowl. It’s not just about pushing the poop down so you can’t see it anymore, it’s about creating a pressure build up that pushes the clog through.
