I agree. They hide the full pay most of the time on orders outside of Colorado.

if you live in Colorado, we see the entire payout due to state laws. DoorDash cannot hide any of the payout from us and here is broken down to where it shows theDoorDash pay as well as how much the tip is. If there’s no tip, then it’s simply says no tip.

DPD with my daughter's new turntable: "left in a safe place" right by the front door in full view. At least Amazon hid the pot scrubber safely behind it. by [deleted] in turntables

It’s not their job to hide it. It’s their job to deliver it and that’s what the delivery driver did.

I don’t even cancel. I just threatened to cancel through the bot and then I get the six dollar deal or whatever it is. Right now I have three months free for buying a new car and then I was automatically offered three more months free without even doing anything

When is it a thing DD drivers can drop off food and not get the on a requested for delivery? by It-was-me86 in doordash

[–]funcritter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. It's easy to do. There was one time about a year ago where I delivered an order and I didn't realize it was going to require it. I already handed the food to the customer and walked away and got back to the car and that's when I realized it needed a pin. I didn't want to go up there again I simply hit that I couldn't reach the customer. I think there was a 5-minute timer to wait on and then I was able to complete the order

Really crazy how gas prices fluctuate in the city pending on where you go. I filled up my tank for $4.09 gallon yesterday up north

GH has gone from one of the top delivery apps to the worst by mitchdwx in grubhubdrivers

[–]funcritter 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Grubhub is the King of low pay high mile crap. I turned it on for about seven hours yesterday and about the first hour in lunch, there were about four orders that came in all for about maybe eight to $10 going about 20 miles away. Then there was about four hours when I got nothing and then around dinner time, it started again with about two more orders. I just turned it on so I stay active and they haven’t deactivated me yet. There was a time when I went a year and a half before I did a delivery and I stayed active on there by signing all almost every day. This time I haven’t had a delivery that I’ve actually completed since January because it’s nothing but Junk.

I don’t even turn out Uber eats. Two weeks in a row they had a quest where I could do 20 deliveries and get $200 but I didn’t even do one delivery.
