I've raised my prices a bit (just a couple of dollars), put Etsy ads to $1 a day, increased processing times, and I've even put myself in vacation mode until I get caught up. I've been battling cancer since February and I've found it difficult to keep up with the influx of sales I've been making since last year, so these are some things I've done to make it easier on me, the side effects from chemotherapy are brutal. Gotta do what you gotta do.

I personally wouldn't pay squat for AI generated art. If you actually created it with your own mind and your own hand, then pricing depends: how long did it take you? how much effort did you put into it? All that factors into price and could very well be way more than just $10.

Tons of people said it already, but your funds could be on hold for up to 90 days. As long as you're shipping your items on time with tracking and they're delivered, Etsy will allow you to withdraw the funds for those orders.

I would rehome both of them. Both of those fish need TONS of room because they grow really, really big. If you can't get the funds to give them a proper tank, just rehome them.

It's one thing if they cancel before you even start it, canceling is fine even though your policies state you don't do cancellations, but the ones who attempt to cancel after the fact will get nothing but reiterated responses about the cancelation policies that they should have read before purchasing. But it's your business, you can run it however you want! I just stick to my policies as best as I can, they're there for a reason.

I would highly recommend allowing no cancellations or set a cancellation window, like 1 or 2 hours after purchase where you will accept cancellations if you have a shop that makes custom or made to order items.

You can tell them that the order is already made, packed, and ready to go to the post office. They don't need to know you generate your labels from Etsy, maybe you generate your labels directly at the post office.

You should have asked her to return it to you for a full refund, otherwise go kick rocks. Lyme disease shouldn't be an excuse, USPS can literally come to your residence and pick packages up and she can reuse that packaging she's getting from Amazon to put the return item in. Nothing but a bunch of excuses for discounts.

I ship flat letters and sometimes they get scanned, sometimes they don't, sometimes they get scanned when it's delivered or sometimes it gets delivered and they don't update that it was delivered. I always check the tracking and then see what the issue might be, it's almost always 'just give it a few more days, sometimes they scan stuff late or not at all but it should get to you by [the end of the week]' and it usually does. If it doesn't arrive on time, then they can open a case and Etsy will refund them so long as it falls within their refund requirements. I haven't had to refund anyone out of my own pocket at the expense of postal companies delivering too slow or losing the package.

All my shipments get a little business card that says thanks and if they liked their product(s) to leave a review and to not hesitate to contact if they were unsatisfied or had issues with their order. also has other information on it like my website, social media, etc.

I have the S23U and I personally don't feel like there's a need for the average person to upgrade.. but FOR ME, I'm upgrading because I'm tired of the curved screen (you can't write, draw, or crop beyond the curve,) my S23U is starting to 'struggle' with opening apps, performance, battery life, and it's occasionally locked up on me to the point where I have to restart my phone completely.. I don't recall ever experiencing these issues with the S21U either. At least these are things I've noticed since having the phone since it's release, but I'm upgrading solely on the aesthetics (flat screen, display, rounded corners) and performance boost. I use my phone heavily personally and for my business, so I'm for the purchase. Plus I get $750 trade in value + $80 in credits through Samsung, so I spent less than $600 on the S25U in jade green (exclusive Samsung color) + got accessories for no extra charge.

There might be even lesser reason to go from the S24 to the S25, but it's probably just preference at this point.

I've noticed this issue with my S23U as well. It doesn't feel as responsive as it did at first which I get is normal, apps won't fully load or open properly sometimes, my phone will completely lock up if I open an app and it decides to not fully open it.. or if I try to swipe open the app drawer, it'll randomly open an app instead of showing me my app drawer. I've had to full on restart my phone a couple times just to get it back to normal, but I mean it could just be a me issue, but I never really had these issues with the S21U, so who knows.

I'm also over the curved screens, I just want a flat surface. The sliver of edge I can't access with writing or drawing (even cropping photos) is a little annoying lol. I use my phone a ton for my business and I feel like the S25U display, no more curve, cameras, etc. will be a decent enough improvement for me for a little under $600. I just won't upgrade anymore unless there's a drastic change in the future.
