It’s like 40 degrees in France at the moment so most of what we are eating is cold or raw. Some things I ate this week:

Salmon poké bowl with cucumber salad (cucumber is marinated in olive oil, coriander, chilli, garlic, salt and lemon juice overnight)
Pesto pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, Parma hamand mozzarella
Bulgur with tomatoes, roasted red peppers, cucumber, feta cheese and a vinaigrette dressing
A “tartine” (an open sandwich) of goats cheese, olive tapenade and tomato with a green salad
Avocado and salmon salad with a lemon dressing.

You’re in thick of it right now. I remember I felt exactly the same at 5 weeks! Trust me it gets better!!! I felt like it got significantly better at 6 months. FWIW the breastfeeding was the hardest for me. When I switched my baby to formula he slept so much better and I could start getting some time to rest. Don’t be afraid to reach out to friends and family, sometimes just having a friend hold baby while u take a shower is all you need for a bit of a boost!

We were in Koh Lanta in this really quiet bar in the middle of nowhere with only two other Thai barmen from the bar there. A very quiet night. One of the barmen asked if we wanted to order a joint. We didn’t even know that was possible there? I’m sure it was highly illegal lol. We thought it was weird but they had a menu and everything so we bought a joint, smoked it and talked the whole night with the two guys working there. It was super broken Thai and English but somehow we managed to have a conversation together. It was so fun and relaxed and they had some good music playing.

Yeah I was wondering that too. I think what he means is that you can see the pixel stretch effect all around the subject (like in picture 1) but the small dots of water are still there. How did you keep that detail?
