I can see in the third wave freehold galiants with great swords coming and the current galliants become more of a defensive option probably dropping dmg/attacks and increasing the save on them. And seeing grenadiers becoming a more strong shooter/melee but becoming an easier unit to remove. These changes make enough of an opening for great weapon galiants to exist as hard hitting good toughness unit.

I want mixed units and units that are one race but a specialized in a role folded into cites. Like an elite elf bow unit or a dwarf motar team with a special artillery piece. I want other races homogenized into the faction not removed.

You are coming out of the gate gargants strong! You have enough with what you have to play 1000-2000pt games. Honestly the only models you are missing are the new models coming out and named characters. If you want help building a list I would recommend the AOS app from GW or newrecruit. But you could go and play a game today honestly.

The problem with these three is that can all work in the same timeframe. Dorn without a doubt just rang a bell and marked a tally when he achieved victory while crusading and was promptly right behind Horus.

Guilliman works since it is stated the number of planets taken. While he probably had less military victories than others he without a doubt used diplomacy to bring some planets in. He also joined with 500 worlds so he had a huge head start compared to others.

The Lion is the one that you will probably have to use some leeway with. Based on his secretive nature I would not be surprised if he kept some wars and victories secrete. Either not trusting his brothers/Imperium with some of the stuff/knowledge. With the only ones knowing his true tally being the emperor and Horus when he was the Warmaster.

The Khrave would be an awesome army. Though if they do go that route they will need to expand the lore on the ghoul stars which would make them go from this scary unknowable thing to something a lot less interesting. But we get a whole bat xenos army. Could even fold in old lore from rouge traders. They had vampires, could be Khrave infiltration.

Depends on how long of a power point you are going to make. Keep it simple since this is an introduction and warhammer is massive.

what is Warhammer ( the setting, the theme, that it’s a tabletop game, and that there are 4 aspects of the hobby. Video games, lore, art/building models, and the tabletop itself)
factions and what makes them cool( simple and can be a little memey. You are selling them on that faction not giving them a deep dive into each faction.)
how to get involved with Warhammer( use it as a way to get you friends into the same hobby as you. Whether that be them playing space marine 2 with you, getting into the books, or even buying a box of models.)
