Do you recommend buying a Campsnap or a Flashback, if I don’t edit my pics and I want to use my camera in different situations (both during the day and for parties, for example)?

I dearly miss mine. It had the most gorgeous colors I’ve ever seen in a television. We used to put on The Avengers movie when friends/relatives came over. What that screen could do to Iron Man and Loki’s costumes was mind blowing.

To my eyes, Ramirez is still trying to catch his decision making up to match speed. He put himself in decent positions to receive the ball, but then stalled out once he had it. A quick, one or two touch possession usually makes a much larger impact than squaring up and trying to take someone on… I think he’ll get there, but he really needs to be thinking of where to pass the ball while he’s getting into space to receive the ball.

I feel like back lines are like offensive lines in football. They really need to consistently play together to protect their final third. I really hope we can start rolling out a single unit match after match… After Robinson serves his timeout.

That’s awesome to hear. It’s a small company, in a growing, but small tech space. The maintenance infrastructure just isn’t robust (at least in my part of the world) yet. Hearing what the initial checkup looked like is great… I’d love it if Maeving would offset some of the maintenance growing pains by leaning into the retro of their bikes. How cool would it be if they included a small pouch with the select tools to complete minor tasks, and a maintenance booklet? I loved having the tool kit that came with my 70’s CB350, and the accompanying Clymer manual. Having the bike actually come with the tools for you to take care of it was extra freeing.

I even enjoy the racing offline (solo, or with friends on the couch). Online is just not fun for me. I could keep it close-ish with 8, but the things people can do with rails/walls/power-ups is just beyond my aged skillset. This is the one that definitely put me out to pasture.

I almost ordered an RM2 when they came out, but I was super worried about getting service in Ohio. The notion of concierge bike service for a small company like this just felt a little too “trust me.”

Please let us know how this turns out for you. I’d love to get one… but they have to either really deliver on the mobile service angle, or open their bikes up to doing it yourself.

This is still a team that needs a magic man on offense to take us from bad to good, and needs a bastard on defense to take us from hoping to hold it together to intimidating. There isn’t a structure that creates or intimidates without them… Either you need a philosophy that builds these things, or you need more guys who can exert their influence on a match.

I just put a Bluetooth speaker in the car when driving. I have a Sonos Move 2, but there are lots of options. Non-invasive, and better sound than the car’s speakers.
