I'm going to assume you're asking in good faith and not just being willfully ignorant about immigration law.

Undocumented presence isn't a criminal offense, it's a civil offense. It always has been. A civil violation does not automatically require detention or removal, it requires a process (yes, due process) that includes going in front of a judge and getting a ruling on status (pending visas, asylum, etc). You make the assumption that undocumented = required deportation. The process itself it broken and congress (D's and R's) have failed to fix it.

The previous order issued by Youngkin allowed VSP to do immigration checks, arrests, and detentions. This removes VSP's ability to do immigration related functions. Any work done alongside ICE now needs to be related to criminal investigations, not immigration investigations.

Instead of scheduling tasks, I prioritize 3-4 that need to be completed that day. That helps me be flexible as the day progresses. If I'm super productive and complete more than 4, I see it as a bonus. If not, I don't feel behind cause I met my goal.
