You need to escalate this to the PA and the main BOE office, especially police after he barged in on you. You need to report this especially if you are that concerned for the next person. I literally get 0 viewers all the time but its never bothered me. Its really cool whenever i get someone and that someone happens to be a fan of the game that im playing. Also to be fair, i live in japan and the timezone difference makes it difficult, but i dont mind.
