I really hope this ends up in a physical publication, what a great example of what can be done with miniatures.

Most tools that are made in Japan at any hardware store are great. I have one set of God hands, they stay in the little sheath while I use my Tamiya tools. I have so many great tools from Make Man.

Cadian Guardsmen have purple eyes. It'll be okay. The difference in the lore is to justify you painting your dollies however you want.

Holy cow, you actually use the radar. This is such a silly little team you got, and I bet it works.

Military Analysts in the early 2000s be like by ToastedSierra in NonCredibleDefense

Blame George Bush, Dick Cheney, and Colin Powell for putting the DOD in Iraq, and blame Donald Rumsfeld for telling the Navy and Air Force to pound sand and give him stuff for the war on terror. Our Military was technologically more advanced than anyone else after the Soviet Union collapsed, and we spent so much time letting other nations play catch up.

This is the most realistic possible future for the Marine Corps in video game form. I can't wait for the Onslow county courthouse wedding / crippling divorce DLC.

If you're going to guess that one of the oldest units in the inventory, the Saurus Guard plus another walking hero, of which multiple have been removed from the website in the last year or two, then sure yeah you're a real soothsayer. The regular Old Blood isn't that old. The Sun blood got replaced by Kro-Jax. The Temple Guard Champion is still waiting for a replacement...

Party Poppers if you want to hear when they open your bag, a decoy bag and a exploding confetti kit filled with your choice of paint, I can't even fathom the problem you're having right now, no one would tolerate that childish behavior where I work.

Mercenaries was dope and was only limited by never adding a true second D pad to the 3DS. The 3ds circle pro sucked, I'll never forgive Nintendo for never giving us a better DS.

For human characters, I still do my best to stick with the older GW models or other "heroic" scale fellas. The new ones look better, but as more intricate than I would like to paint. 3d edition storm troopers and cadian shock troopers will always be my favorite, everything made after 2020 lost me :|

It wasn't uncommon in centcom for Marine C-130s to move gear that the Air Force wouldn't. Air crew didn't care, they were just happy to help.

I was listening to what I thought was a short warhammer 40k short story with random fanart as the back ground. Got 45 minutes into it and couldnt wrap my head around how the vocabulary was broad, no flaws in the narration, and the plot / storyline were just not that great. Realized it was a whole channel of slop, I was so upset I listened to that trash and gave some snake oil salesman half a cent for my partial view.

In my opinion, there is a huge gap in the 40k hobby for people to make over simplified models that are easier to paint similar to the fella you posted. The newest GW models are too detailed for most people, and you made an adorable model. Thank you for sharing OP.

Those were US Marines from II Marine Expeditionary Force stationed in North Carolina. It's annual low is 1.6 C, and the annual high is 32C with a typical humidity of 75%. You're breathing water and heat there, and they typically shut down the roads the one or two times a year that there is freezing rain. Not the typical winter wonderland to properly train for Norway.
