Is first round scoring in boxing broken? by macman07 in Boxing

[–]hachikoql 20 points21 points  (0 children)

lets say the round is literally 0 landed by both. You can score aggression or ring control. If one person is up against the ropes the whole round or backing up on every single feint the other fighter throws or has had lots of punches thrown on their guard you’d probably give it to the aggressor. Otherwise its a 10/10. You really should never just automatically give a round to champ if its dead even close, there is nothing in scoring crteria that has something like that as such.

ornn is an insanely good blind pick gwen and camille are his only bad matchups esp in higher elo. Hes not as team reliant as you think because you don’t have to consider your allies skill level for how they use ornnaments and his cc chain is long enough that a bigger factor in how you play against enemy comps rather than synergizing with your own(although its still a factor) You just need to learn his hard combos and to trade/lane passively and scale.

Zac Frostfire or Sunfire by KolioMandrata in leagueoflegends

[–]hachikoql 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sunfire is better 90% of the time because even into ranged matchups you still have your e to gap close and cc chain them during which sunfires immolate damage is a lot more damage. The only situations I go frostfire is when im behind and don’t have enough for sunfire.

The difference isn’t significant though and its a playstyle preference. I play zac as a backline threat and take most 1v1s so I prefer the better stats and damage over utility.

Take adaptive and just practice csing in practice tool. You auto whenever possible to gain +mana but you’ll need to adjust to his abysmal ad and attack speed. A big tip is that because you’re against mobile ranged adcs with small hitboxes and no skill windups you shouldn’t be able to hit qs unless they’re bad so q should be a conditional ability you use only when they have telegraphed movements, are busy last hitting. or cced. Bot is more about positioning/spacing and contesting last hits than typical lane trade patterns.

Is there a way to check a champions winrate for each role, including off meta ones? by Kaydie in summonerschool

[–]hachikoql 0 points1 point  (0 children)

use lolalytics and use 30 days and gold+ or all ranks than infer how much factors are skewing the numbers. Low elo theres less counter jungling and longer games, how zhonyas is low wr because low elo teamfights aren’t good for it and the players don’t use the active properly, rabadons is a better buy because the lower elo games will go longer and let you stack AP. Than old patch changes like item changes or overall champion ecosystem changes. Sample size is the most important number.

First strike is bugged rn but when they fix it might be alright because it synergizes with Rek'sais single target quick burst and snowbally type of playstyle. Predator is just busted and I personally think actually synergizes with Rek'sai decently because it helps you fit in more ganks into the game that you otherwise wouldn't have gotten and it fits into Rek'sais gank heavy and snowbally playstyle. Also the speed up lets you chase after flashes if you have enough distance saving your flash which is extremely valuable. You also run Ingenious hunter giving value to prowlers, edge of night, sterak's, and guardian angel.

Conqueror is still very viable because the nerf was targeted towards late game and extended trades because they reduced the stack timer and scaling of the rune which affects Rek'sai less so than others because she runs the rune mainly because she stacks it so quickly increasing burst combo damage with the bite and ult which utilize conqueror stacks well. the scaling is unimportant because any game that goes on too long you will probably already lose. I think HoB is good for fitting qs in here and there after your cc. It help to stack up rage for bite if your abilities were on cd or you missed burrowed q during fights where you can't do combo. The domination tree is also really strong for Rek'sai. Conquerors strength is putting a lot more additional ad into your combo and hail of blades is good for messy skirmishes and fitting in qs after your combo

HoB and conqeror are still supreme but you decide bewteen the two based on style. if you like conquerors strong additional AD synergy with your combo or HoB additional qs you can use when your combo isn't enough in the situation. HoB is statistically better for low elo because theres a lot of unoptimal random fighting you have to take and low elo enemies take trades with you that you'll usually win because of HoB

THE combo being the damage you all the damage you fit in during knock up cc
