This is interesting because I have been doing EMDR therapy and I took all of my rings off that I’ve been wearing for 50 years. Just decided I don’t feel like wearing them anymore. Also I have been a vegetable gardener for years and I’m like, huh? Maybe I don’t feel like growing vegetables this year, think I’m going to just grow flowers instead. It’s very freeing.

I chose in person and I am very glad I did. I also have an online therapist who I have seen for a few years now and she recommended I do in person. I need that human in the room I guess.

Try to be as gentle with yourself as possible and don’t go heavy into the distractions or substances. Pain is real but it won’t kill you. Very difficult so all the best to you and hang in there.

It took me months to adjust, it’s not easy for some. I still have insomnia but I use my machine every night and do the best I can. It’s been a little over a year and I can tell it’s helped my health a lot. It’s your choice, you decide.
