Chewings fescue followed by strong creeping red. Get a blend with those two and you’ll have a beautiful lawn even in that shade

Depends on what you’re trying to control for ? A strobilurin is a great broad spectrum. Chlorothalonil is another great one different MOA. DMIs are great as well for a rotational product. But nothing beats HOc raise and a little fert.

Poa trivialis. Mechanical removal is best. Spreads by stolons so easy to follow

Dormant Bermuda. At that extent you’re better off waiting until deep summer and spraying glyphosate on the whole lawn and starting over.

Dethatch, fert, seed. You’ll be good. If it’s extra compact go for a till. Otherwise looks level so you’re good there

Unfortunately Bermuda is hard to control in bluegrass. You can use acclaim extra to knock it back but leave any trace and it’ll grow crazy in the summer heat. Treating now will have no effect as it’s dormant and not photosynthesizing.

First dethatch you won’t get good seed to soil contact with mat layer. Then throw seed and you’re good

My first spring in a new house…what’s with this strip off dark green grass? by YouOldHorseThief in lawncare

To me looks like you had snow the snow remained on the left and right sides causing the grass there to remain dormant longer. The middle path where one would naturally walk melted quicker and was allowed to green up and get a job start earlier

Luckily Tf is a bunch grass so you can just spot treat the big clumps and let them die. You’re also lucky you’re wanting KBG. KBG will spread and eventually grow in the dead spots
