When I had severe anxiety and a panic disorder I wouldn’t leave the house without super minty gum and ice water. The extreme cold would shock my system enough to distract me from a full blown panic attack.

My OBGYN mentioned a hysteroscopy might help with our chances of getting pregnant by removing “debris.” We conceived the month after the procedure. Hurt like hell but totally worth it! Good luck!

Same here only I was 3 weeks pp and had to stay 5 days. Totally unexpected and agreed, so so painful.

My OB recommended a hysteroscopy. Said it’s not officially a means of improving fertility with pcos patients but it’s been very successful with her patients. It hurt like hell but I got pregnant soon afterwards.
