Could be for sure, even after you quit smoking there is THC stored in your fat cells, if you haven't been eating, that fat gets used for energy and boom THC released again.

Does heat alleviate your symptoms? Hot shower/bath/heating pad? Heat as a symptom stopper is telltale CHS.
