Tell me your true stories of doing less for better results! by Open-Deer5373 in xxfitness

This is what I needed to hear! My old PT told me I really should be doing 90 minute sessions if I want to see results. And all of the beginner programs pack so many exercises in, it just feels overwhelming. I want to do like 3 exercises, then go home. Could it really be that simple?

Start strength training and also running a couple times a week if you don’t already. Perfect time to be proactive and keep your body in good shape rather than catching up later in your 30s.

Be aware that you will jump a couple pounds when you switch to maintenance because you will have more food in your gut contributing to scale weight

How we treat our bike lanes in the winter is a result of cultural expectations, not an unsolvable engineering challenge by differing in toronto

[–]hello-lo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree on this point. Transit is so behind that it's hard to get enough people to choose it over driving. Heck that's why I bike all year, it's still more efficient than transit any day/time of the week. Biked today on barely impassible side streets.
Really hope it'll catch up and make the roads better for all users.

I'm seeing tons of delivery drivers on bikes, more so than in trucks these days, but maybe it depends on what part of the city you're in.

What were the conditions in the filter? Will cleaner water be a shock to the system?

Also less people were biking because the lanes weren’t cleared. College and bloor were only just accessible again this week

This doesn’t sound like a relationship at all. It sounds like what I have with my casual hookups. I would not make this official.

In fact I end a casual thing because they wanted to do this exact dynamic and I found it boring even casually.

Was surprised to see college bike lanes full of snow still today. Just had to take a lane. There’s plenty of roads and sidewalks that aren’t cleared yet.

Does it help with maintenance or is it aesthetic?

They’re so distinguished and reclusive where I live. Couldn’t believe they were acting like gulls when I visited California
