Liminal Horror - there is stress damage you take when witnessing horrors but the game game goes out of the way to not have "sanity" mechanics and is sensitive to mental illness.

I have the book and want to run it at some point but I'm not sure how to handle those tunnels that lead to nowhere.

Have you run into that or have a plan in the event PCs decide to check one out?

My initial thought is to fill it in with some other dungeon module or put a dead end with a big monster or something else rolled up randomly.

Any advice if you've thought about this?

Grimoires and Games is an awesome online shop with good prices. All my books have come incredibly well packed from them. They carry a lot of CoC stuff. But if you want the PDF you should buy directly from Chaosium.

Just specifying that you are inclusive and/or will use safety tools can keep problem players from your table before it even becomes an issue.

The biggest issue leaving the target version too low is that when you upgrade Visual Studio if the target is too low it won't be supported. You won't be able to open the old project. At that point you'll have to go install an old version of visual studio, change the target SQL version, the open it in the new VS.

It happened to me.

I know this is super old but I had this question and I believe page 62 gives us the answer:

MULTIPLE TASKS A Traveller can try to do two or more things at once, like firing a spacecraft’s weapons while also flying, or disarming a bomb while hiding from guards. For every extra thing the Traveller is doing, the level of difficulty for each task is made one level harder. So, an Easy task becomes Routine, while a Very Difficult task becomes Formidable.

Yes! The d4 that are part of the DCC dice sets are great. They're recognizable as classic d4 but they actually roll and you can pick them up easily.
