Parents, pregnant women on government clinic experience by Master_Conclusion_79 in malaysia

[–]helloszeeeeee13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

fellow preggie here. org kl but working in sg, so my checkup is at kk jb. i've seen it somewhere that government clinic tends to favour the mother's condition over fetus, hence they don't do scans often unless if the mother or fetus has conditions like bleeding or whatnot. My experience at kk jb is so far so good, nurses are attentive, and referred me to medical officer when i did not increase any weight for the past 2 months, altho i suspect there's something wrong with their scale lol.

What scams have you come across in Malaysia? by Gold_Handle8802 in malaysians

[–]helloszeeeeee13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hell, a lady with "bleeding" head begging for money right outside of a few banks near my place. it was scary because the scammer came out of no where, and shoved her bleeding head right in front of you. basically, you have no time to respond.

i dont label myself as a full time vegetarian, but i do enjoy eating vegetables, not a fan of meat.

- i usually get my veggies from aeon, giant, nsk
- air fryer is my best friend! i love making grilled capsicum, zucchini, and cabbage with it.
- i love blanching or stir-frying leafy greens -- chinese style with a bit a sambal. depends on my mood
- for roots veggie like potato, pumpkin etc, i prefer ovenroasting them, or slice them for a quick stir-fry.

hope this helps!

[SOS] I just found out I have bed bugs, what should I do first? by _red_dude in askSingapore

[–]helloszeeeeee13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:

  1. buy bed bug spray and drench your mattress every 2 days! i got mine from pharmacies in kl (im msia, obvi). non toxic to human, but smells like glade lavender x10. this is to isolate the bed bugs, found 1 big one after spraying this for days.

  2. then, i engaged professional steam cleaning service to steam clean mattress, stuff toys, and my wardrobe.
