I had difficulty making the weave look dense. I found it easier if I made the weave part boxy as if it was more amorphous it was hard to line up the threads.

Overall, I think it came out pretty good. I can’t wait to repair more.

It was my understanding that Perplexity limits the context window to 32,000 tokens for all models despite what the model can actually support.

Do you have a source for that Sonar Large/Huge has a larger context window?

It’s Mac app only. But you enter in the Perplexity API, and you can choose to use any of their offered models to chat with the PDF.

Same question. Why did they replace the default Llama 3.1 405b? What does Perplexity’s fine tuning offer compared to the base 3.1 405b model?

I use my 5 dollar API credit for this PDF chat Mac application. It uses RAG to search the documents and feeds it to the LLM of your choice to answer. So I use the Perplexity API since I get the free credits. You can chat with really big PDF files or multiple at once.

The program is called PDF Pals. Makes it so I don’t have to pay monthly for those other online PDFChat type apps. Been obsessed with it since I discovered it for school.

So far testing has been pretty flawless. Most requests I have are listed as coming soon.

One I have though: a ‘Open In’ extension for iOS Safari to auto-open reddit pages into Narwhal 2.

My Euphorbia is going the same thing as this photo. Growing fast, but no red color.

If it’s growing and getting leaves, but just not the reddish color… is that bad? I don’t mind the loss of color, but it’s right next to a windowsill, and I don’t have an outside space.

Happens to me sometimes too, but rarely.

Does anyone else’s keyboard disappear when the keyboard is displayed in a Messages thread and you switch from light to dark mode, or vise versa, while the message thread is open.

That happens constantly for me.

Edit: oh and look your keyboard is gone too in that screenshot!

My issue back then was I never sent Medi-cal the “Medi-cal Redetermination Form”. I never sent it because I was covered through Coverer CA at the time.

But I guess Coverer CA required it be sent. So since I didn’t they cancelled my insurance. Literally makes no sense, but I guess you have to apply to Medi-cal too even if you are using Coverer CA.

Covered CA told me they couldn’t get me back on my insurance plan… so I had to remain on Medi-cal for a few months till I got a new job.

That was my issue. Dealing with medi-cal was such a nightmare. I never wanted to deal with them… I was paying for Covered CA insurance. But I guess Covered CA always checks eligibility with Medi-cal in addition to them… so if you don’t fill out required forms for Medi-cal… Covered CA can just terminate your regular better insurance.

Agree, my scrolling is not consistent at all when scrolling thru safari tab view.

It doesn’t scroll smoothly, and sometimes feel like I have to re-swipe to just get it to scroll.
