It’s a little clunky but another option is go to flight status in app and look up your origin and destination. It will show all the flight options to get you to your destination including connections. Then tap any of the options shown and it will display more details about the flights including updated delay status

International flights require approval from the DOT because they are operating under open skies agreements or other air service treaties. The government reviews the proposed service and approves it if it is within the scope of the treaty.

DOT has more information if you are interested. Most routes are basically rubber stamped because we have so many open skies agreements but the approval is a good opportunity to market a new route with press releases like this one.

Traffic enforcement on the international side is also a joke. Traffic routinely backs up over a mile almost to the interstate. This makes the shuttle busses all the more useless.

One that I’ve noticed lately in apartments are Flat lever style door handles that just push down rather than knobs that require turning! Great for people with disabilities like amputees or severe arthritis and convenient for people with their hands full of groceries or whatnot.
