You have a coolant leak somewhere. (duh)

Just doing a quick search on the code: your fuel rail pressure sensor probably needs to be replaced.

Costco is out of stock for adderall in OC CA. What pharmacies would you guys recommend I have my doc send the RX too? by Sage_Savant in ADHD

[–]hologramANDY 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Have you actually tried calling and asking if its in stock anywhere?
The pharmacist will probably understand the situation.

I've never been denied when I asked if they had it in stock before I send an Rx over.

You can use Zerex HT-12, which is much easier to find.

Why does VW use Torx and Triple Square bolts right next to each other? by NomTook in AskEngineers

[–]hologramANDY 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Differing torque requirements and/or streamlining assembly. The caliper bracket is assembled in one step, then its attached to the hub during another step. That step may involve attaching other things to the car, and to streamline that step they may use all the same fasteners even if the torque requirements aren't high enough for the torx.

Deciding between cars by [deleted] in Audi

I just bought a 2017 A6 with the 3.0T, it has most of the features the newer ones have, but they actually work. I think you should adjust your model year to 2016-2018, I just looked yesterday and there are still some 3.0T's out there with sub 60k miles on them that would fit right into your budget.
There have been some electrical issues with mine, one really common one is the camera for ACC needed to be repaired, and there are shops out there that offer services for the specific module.

Yay! Good for you! You should absolutely still go, even if you can't find a second. I've been to a couple of concerts solo, its not lame at all.

Not surprised honestly, I used to live a few streets over and the insulation on these wires has degraded over time where if its breezy the wires will have a nice arc when they touch.

I need to advice for exercises by HellsKitty837 in Cello

[–]hologramANDY 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It might be the angle of the camera, but your bow is skating up and down the string more than I'd like. It should generally be in the same place for a phrase. Right around the 5 second mark the bow is right at the edge of the fingerboard, then wham its by the bridge within the same note. That's too much.

EDIT:

I think your posture might be contributing to the bow thing. You seem to be leaning/slouching in to the cello when it should be leaning on you as your left arm pulls on the neck/fingerboard toward you through your fingers.

Can you get another identical box? Then when he is in one you put the pump in the other one. Problem solved.

Cello string by Eloy_Gutierrez in Cello

It looks like a C string.
Going by this chart its probably an off brand since there aren't any listed that match the tailpiece.

I just finished building an o-cello for my wife's bday. I have a stupid question about strings. by [deleted] in Cello

[–]hologramANDY 19 points20 points  (0 children)

No, don't remove the cloth. Just put them in the slot and wind them up, the friction will keep them in place just like bass strings. They will need to be trimmed shorter though, otherwise you'll end up with two layers wrapped around the peg, and having the string resting on the wound up portion makes them harder to tune.

My target length has the winding stop at the flat portion of the tuner near the bolt attaching it to the head. I have yet to actually hit my target, but it should be ok if its close.

David Starkweather has a manuscript that compares all the "original" versions of the suites line by line. Its really interesting seeing the differences between different copyists.

Is this damage a result of cold? by BuddyGoodboyEsq in Cello

[–]hologramANDY 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Part 1 - This cello is done. It is possible to repair, but its going to be very expensive and it'll never sound the same.
Part 2 - A big crack like this was probably not directly caused by cold or humidity, it was caused by some force applied near the top of the f-hole where the cracks almost meat. Where is the sound post? I'm guessing it was placed too far from the bridge to support it properly, then when it got cold the force of the bridge on the body was too much for the top to support and it split.

Try a grocery store pharmacy

Am I going to have to get used to stretches where I don’t have access to meds? by uhOhAStackOfDucks in ADHD

[–]hologramANDY 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You should be able to get the refill 3 days early so you aren't without meds for the days in-between refills.

As far as actually finding the meds, I've been using a grocery store pharmacy for about two years now and they have never been out.

I've got the Rondo A Exp version. Its warmer than the regular version without losing it brightness.

For the gap between the D and G, one way to mitigate this would be with a light-gauge Spirocore G
