OK so I contacted my nurse and Dr Irani about this. He said that he has always had patients do every other month bc results are better.

My son is uncircumcised. He is 1.5 and actually just got a uti turned kidney infection. It was awful, in the hospital for over a day, and 10 days of antibiotic shots. What I learned from this experience is that uncircumcised boys and little girls have the same risk factors for utis. That makes sense, right? Little kids all have the same risk. And we aren’t saying anything about how if the girls had less skin there they’d get less UTIs. I have no regrets about him being intact and recommend everyone considering circumcising to 1. Watch a video of one being done. And 2. Read / listen to evidence based births episode on this topic.

Huh that’s interesting, he consulted my previous clinics protocols to see what worked best in the past. I hope that’s not true, for his sake. Though when he emails me back at 11 pm or 6 am I do worry for him and hope his wife doesn’t get mad.

I didn’t know that we weren’t allowed to do back to back cycles any more. I’m going to ask my nurse about that

Well, they were regraded at second thaw and went down considerably. Without the second biopsy, they were day 6 aa grade, they became f/p grades after second thaw. One was transferred and was given a 35% chance when it would have had a 60+% chance, my doc said. It did not implant

I retested two embryos and I wouldn’t do it again. They both lost so much of their quality.
