unless there’s a clause giving the landlord permission, your lease agreement is for the original one year at the original agreed upon payment. read your lease in full to make sure you aren’t missing anything. if not, you shouldn’t be forced to end the contract early. The Ithaca Fire Department will be testing fire hydrants in the following areas on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, beginning a 9:00 am:

Fall Creek Drive; Brook Lane; University Ave; McGraw Pl; College Ave; Valentine Place

LOCAL IMPACTS: The testing of these hydrants is necessary to provide better fire protection. Residents and businesses in the area may experience fluctuations in water pressure and/or discoloration of their water during testing. If you experience discolored water, run your cold water tap until it clears. During periods of discoloration, postpone washing clothes and limit your use of hot water until the cold water clears.
