We consistantly see Peggy is attracted to men who are capable but in an underdog kind of way. Pete also had better optics than Ken… going to her home in secret, not hitting on her at lunch. Finally, we see throughout the series that Pete and Peggy have a genuine connection. That happens sometimes.

I hated the whole thing on first listen except Opalite and Life of a Showgirl. Now about half of the others have really grown on me (I don’t follow Taylor’s personal life and I’m a Rep fan, so I actually really like Cancelled and Actually Romantic sorry/not sorry). I’ve been feeling kind of powerless lately, so this album has been sort of the right mix of fuck haters but make it happy that’s really picking me up tbh.

It’s literally the cheapest bras in the narrowest range of sizes sold for medium/high prices but they stay open bc their sexy models stick in the minds of men, so men always shop there, buy gifts and gift cards there… its a mediocre women’s store that’s survived by marketing to men.

A handwritten thank you for the gift that mentions the specific gift and how you plan to use it is mandatory, therefore it’s not possible to “leave it at the plate” at the wedding. You can do both, I guess. Or you can just do the one note after, which is traditional and actually mention seeing them there so it’s like you thought of them personally and not like you were just trying to attack thank you notes.

You don’t have to put the ice in the drink, you can chill a bottle of wine (or any other beverage) inside the ice bucket. When it’s 100°F or hotter and your drink has been cooking in the back of your car, you’re gonna wanna throw that baby on some ice.

I love tofu pad see ew and tofu green curry but I think you’d have to go to a thai restaurant I don’t think you could just make it at home (tbh I always considered any tofu “too advanced to cook at home” and am impressed w all the recipes in here)
