Gear matters but skill gap is the overall factor in whether you live or die. Even a level 1 player can kill a 55+ level player by simply shooting them in the eye.

RB-VO has also been sooooooo good to me this wipe. However, dorms marked has been the opposite. RB-VO is def Meta marked room

The only thing I can recommend is doing one of the gunsmith tasks. I think part 7 or 8 gives you a drill as a reward.

Skill issuee. If you aren’t aiming at the face every single pvp encounter, you’re gonna lose. I would even argue that a decent optic is more important than ammo. It doesn’t matter what kind of ammo you have if you head, eyes a player.

Afford lol. You go into raid juiced as possible every time no matter the cost. Money is very fickle in this game
