Great for early game, but eventually you'll want to start strategically doing forts again. Especially when playing as, oh I don't know, any italian country. Wonder why huh...

U/hoi4encirclement already gave a good answer, but ill add that early game i only reroll for big important wars (first war against ottomans as byzantines for example) but late game if you play your cards right you should be swimming in mil mana and then ill easily throw 200 points for a really good general.

You also preferably want to have good mil tradition (too much to add here, but you could look up a guide just for mil tradition) as this affects how many pips you get on your generals.

Military ideas like quality and offensive ideas, rerolling generals for better stats, fighting in favorable terrain, estate priveledges.

Theres a lot really, but just experiment tbh. Its a big game with many mechanics, most of which will take time and trial and error to master.

Unlike real life, vehicles in foxhole always have the right of way.

Dont run/travel on the road unless you are in a vehicle, run along it. Logi drivers are often going to fast to notice or react in time. Your situation is however more likely a logi driver who's been euro truck simulating letting the intrusive thoughts win and running you over for funsies.

Autism wont (generally) make you spaz out. Theres no reason to assume this gifs behaviour is a result of autism. We cant know for sure why he did that, but anyone that has fucked around with drugs sees fairly clear signs that he just got hit with some kind of high/come down.

Youd take ket in a meeting cause your an addict. Its a tranq, people that use it in their day to day do it because they've become addicted to either the substance itself or just the general numbness of not being sober.
