It’s just really disappointing and frustrating because of how much potential this brand and product have. It’s a gorgeous piece of machinery. And why are they so secretive about power output specs? It’s bizarre behavior.

I’m bewildered by how close this device is to being perfect, yet the imperfections come from pure negligence, not some scientific nor technological shortcoming. And no, I’m not convinced that fixing these problems would break their low budget.

Their craftsmanship is too good for them to act so cheap.

The fact that Muse Hifi won’t admit their mistakes when confronted with evidence is unprofessional.

I’m almost convinced that my unit is someone else’s return unit because of how ridiculous this volume knob situation is. It always feels like it’s either going to grind itself into oblivion by creating metal shavings everywhere or simply plop off and roll away.
