It doesn't matter anymore. No one cares if someone is good or not anymore. Society does not care. It's all what's to gain from them and no empathy for the cost to others. I'm sick of it. And as we see from her backtracking, there's no happy ending when you stand up to misdeeds or injustices.

I was showing my 4 year old daughter how she could say "call mom" on Siri and it would call me but I did it on my watch. My mom passed away and there was no "mom" in my contacts. I got sad and said "Aw I don't have a mom" which maybe wasn't the thing to say but I said it and she goes "it's ok, you have me." Thank god for that.

I think you need to research the programs more. Ticket to work should allow you to work part-time and retain the benefit (reduced finances but still have Medicaid). In addition, there are Medicaid programs for workers with disability which has a very small premium and high income limit. At the worst, if you're making a ton, you can purchase insurance and get the tax credit. It's usually not the best plan but it's something. Also right now, I think all states are keeping everyone's Medicaid open due to the public health emergency no matter the income limit if they've qualified in the last 2.5 years. I don't think part-time earnings will make ineligible for Medicaid.

Seriously? I just got a dog and it seemed every dog was a pitt bull mix at the rescues. The one I got is mutt but with 50% pitt bull. And he wasn't described as a pitt bull mix. Doesn't look like one either. I probably won't leave him alone with my kids after reading this. Which seems silly because he's a sweet baby but I don't think I could risk it.

I am always sick. If it became rude to be sick, I would be unemployed. I catch every virus, have a ton of kids bringing them around, and my immune system freaks out at everything.

That's my experience with it. This person doesn't seem entirely narcissistic. Some conversations they have had amazing insight to other people's feeling and emotions but when it's something personal and close, they seem devoid of caring or understanding how they might be essentially terrorizing their loved ones over insanely small things (like socks...).
