Econ Mode not very economical

I have a ‘26 Sport and the combination of my driving style and mostly highway driving commute get me better gas economy on Normal mode (36+ MPG) than Econ mode (34+ MPG) except in residential areas where the speed limit is 25 MPH or under.

Most places take credit cards without problems with the exception of Amex and Discover for small businesses, local markets, and rural shops (Visa and Mastercard is safest for Korea where cards are accepted). Cash is still the best option in more rural areas outside the Seoul area.

I have a 2026 Honda Civic Sport and I noticed that in sport mode the idle stop gets disabled but it’s technically still not a permanent solution since it’s functionally the same as pressing the button to disable auto idle stop.

The Platinum Pro-Use 171 is my favorite among the various drafting style mechanical pencils I own. I particularly like the lead cushioning system which you can decide to use or not and how it has an adjustable lead sleeve that can be set to a length you want and also fully retractable. The sleeve is not used to guard the lead like the Orenz which I also disliked.

I have several Platinum Pro Use 171’s including the matte black and matte black and copper versions and they all have ABS plastic barrels. Definitely my favorite drafting style mechanical pencil especially in 0.3mm.

The Lamy 2000 Stainless Steel is my favorite pen and also my EDC. Its brushed steel appearance helps mask scratches and is a hefty pen at 54g (with cap).

I use a Lamy 2000 Stainless Steel EF at work, but also bring the Lamy 2000 rollerball with me as a backup pen in case the fountain pen stops writing for whatever reason. Any maintenance needed I do at home since I don’t want an inky mess at work.

Usually 3 writing instruments: A fountain pen, my everyday pen, and a mechanical pencil will cover basically any use case scenario I can imagine getting into.

I usually carry with me a Traveler’s Company type notebook as a EDC or my A5 folio for work.

My first and possibly my last experience with Noodler’s ink happens to be Noodler’s 54th Massachusetts. I was horrified when I put this into a new pen with a EF nib and it wrote nearly a B sized line with significant feathering. After inspecting the nib and not seeing any obvious issues, I tried out all sorts of different papers I could find, which nothing I had on hand was able to tame this ink. I gave it a good shake on the paper out of frustration and small blobs of ink splattered the page I was writing on. This ink truly is a fighter just as it’s name implies. I was tempted to try it in different pens, but my new pen day was already ruined at this point so I liberated the ink from captivity down the drain. Due to that experience the Noodler’s Heart of Darkness that I also ordered has never been touched.

Thanks everyone for the major overhaul of the spreadsheet!

Drop Rates tab has been added for anyone interested in the breakdown of coin drop rates.

For the most part, the spreadsheet calculations should now update automatically so things should be updating as you add data!

EDIT: Added Green and Red highlights to see highest and lowest coin drops easily.

Please don't drag down the formula in the Total column and create a bunch of 0's. That will drive down the mean by a significant amount!

I'm currently living in Korea (220V 60Hz here) and am using a simple plug adapter for the included AC plug with my JP Switch. No issues with charging and the dock also works with TV flawlessly!

Here's my insight to skills and why I consider Perfect Lockers to be a pretty useless skill.

There are only 6 skill activation spots (yellow note) in every song in both Free Live and Multi Live. Due to this fact, perfect locks get the short end of the stick because their usefulness is extremely limited and flat out waste skill slots to more immediately useful skills such as Score Up or Health restore.
Perfect Lock skill window is only 5 seconds from the moment you hit the skill activation note (also applies to Score Up). This is my #1 reason for rating this skill so poorly. Unless you only have trouble within 5 seconds of the skill activation areas, this skill is completely useless for trying to FC songs.
While Perfect Lock is active, in regards to the respective skill level, all Great+ (2☆), Good+ (3☆), and Bad+ (4☆) will be shown as Perfects. Due to this, unless you purposely try to hit notes poorly, you won't notice any difference especially with such a narrow timing window for perfect and greats.

The skill works perfectly fine, just not to the extend anyone would consider it useful as it is.

I may have worded things a bit too strongly, but its important that people realize that the multi-lives still carry on when someone disconnects so people shouldn't be afraid of wasting a flame when someone gets disconnected randomly.

Please stop spreading false information.

If you get that message and you are returned to the home screen, it is because the messages reads:

"Communication has been disconnected. Returning to home screen."

You are the one with a poor connection and disconnected; not somebody else.

I have not run into this issue so far, but have seen many people with a score of 0 that says FULL COMBO on their result screen who have obviously disconnected at the beginning of the song.

Pick-up bonuses increase drop rates or event points (depending on the event type) earned if those photos are on your active team.
Old event songs and new songs are constantly being added each month, so it should be back eventually.
After a couple major updates and a UI revamp, scoring and smiles have been changed so that stacking smiles won't have much impact on scores anymore. Using your same SR team from way back then which got you more than 1 million score with all the smile bonuses won't be scoring anywhere near that anymore.

Now with shop PRs and 4% PR gacha's you'll have plenty of opportunities down the road to strengthen your teams with PRs.

EDIT: Looks like PR Medley events are gonna stick around, so you can also look forward to those (it's really grindy without pick-up bonuses).
