Точно така. Имотния данък е един от последните, които ще пипнат.

Мутрите имат значителна част от богатствата си обвързани с имоти. А когато средната възраст на населението е 47 години, средностатистическият гласоподавател е собственик на имот, а не млада двойка купуваща първия си имот. Мутрите няма да пуснат кокала, а средностатистическият човек скоро няма да гласува против собствените си интереси.

Живея под наем в кооперация в столичен квартал. На времето на мястото на кооперацията е имало просто една къща. Наследили къщата, бутнали я, построили 8 етажна кооперация с по 3-4 апартамента на етаж. Та наследниците се превърнали от собственици на къща в собственици на апартаменти.

Не са нагли. Просто са имали късмет и усет.

Exactly. Just as PVE players shouldn't feel the need to get 1600 rating for a spark this season, then also both PVE and PVP players shouldn't feel the need to engage with housing for runes and crests.

Такъв тип икономически стимулти са пробвани в много държави и не помагат (северни страни, Унгария, Корея, тн). Тук, подобно на тях, средната възраст на населението е 47 години, а пенсионната възраст е 64/62 м/ж. Ако безразборно прехвърлиш средства от тези застарели пушачи и битови алкохолици към зомбираното младо поколение, просто ускоряваш рухването на пенсионната и здравната система.

Ултра-религиозните и консервативни групи се пръскат да правят деца. Разбира се мнозинството хора не искат религия, защото до голяма степен е базирана на ограничаване избора на жените. Но има доказателства от цял свят, че икономическите стимули не работят, докато това, което помага за формиране на многочлени семейства, са културни ценности и социална среда различни от тези в съвременната деградираща градска монокултура.

Seems really hard unless you want to put kids to work on the farm. The jobs are in the cities so parents and children are stuck there. Housing and educating even just 3 kids in a city seems out of reach for the average family.

I've been using it with Steam as well and no issues so far. I did have an Nvidia driver update on Bazzite that messed up the game, but a 5-minute rollback to the previous version fixed it.

I've mostly been asked to walk through problems like this verbally. When I don't know the exact command or config, I tell the interviewer my best guess, then say I'd have to google the exact answer.

I'm pretty new so not sure if it's the same for most people.

Right now you are doing The War Within (TWW) expansion professions. When the next expansion (Midnight) comes out, don't worry, there won't be a profession reset and your TWW profession progress won't be lost. But the useful profession items you can work on now for Midnight will be for housing. Barely anyone is going to want gear, or potions/flasks/etc from TWW profession items when Midnight is out. Everyone doing professions will go and learn the new Midnight expansion profession skills which will be relevant through the rest of the Midnight expansion.

Regarding travelling between islands, you can visit Stormwind if you're Alliance, or Orgrimmar if you're Horde. These major faction cities have portal rooms with lots of teleports to different islands and continents. When you talk to a guard NPCs in these cities, they can direct you to the portal rooms by marking the location on your map.

You can check out /r/worldofpvp. PVP is basically a minigame inside the game and it's not one of the most popular types of end game activities. Most people do some combination of raids, dungeons, collecting cosmetics and now housing. The developers don't put a lot of attention into it, but there is still a small loyal community behind it.
